We are seeking an energetic Marketing Associate to help promote our services and strengthen relationships with professionals and the community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for outreach, and the ability to represent our brand professionally at events, meetings, and through direct engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Community Engagement
- Represent HomeCare Crew Inc. at local events, health fairs, senior centers, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as discharge planners, social workers, and assisted living facilities.
- Coordinate and attend regular visits to referral partners, maintaining a professional and supportive presence.
Outreach & Lead Development- Identify new outreach opportunities in Loudoun, Fairfax, and surrounding counties.
- Follow up with potential clients and families to provide information about services, process, and eligibility (including Medicaid waiver programs).
- Assist in onboarding new clients by helping with paperwork and initial communication.
Brand Representation- Serve as a public-facing ambassador for the agency, upholding our mission of compassionate care.
- Deliver marketing materials, brochures, and referral pads to healthcare partners and community organizations.
Administrative Support- Track outreach activities, inquiries, and leads using spreadsheets or CRM software.
- Assist the marketing coordinator or administrator with organizing meetings, events, and follow-ups.
- Support the creation of flyers, community newsletters, and local event campaigns.
Event Coordination- Help plan and execute small community events and info sessions with potential referral partners or caregiver recruitment drives.
- Set up and staff booths at senior expos, wellness events, and Medicaid enrollment clinics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and ability to represent the company in public-facing settings
- Comfortable engaging with seniors, families, and healthcare professionals
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet research)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
- Willingness to attend community events, sometimes outside regular business hours
