HomeCare Crew Inc. is a Virginia state licensed home health care agency with the goal of providing the skilled health care services, assistance and supports to the people in need to remain living healthy & independently in their home. We accomplish this goal by providing trained health care professionals & caregivers matched to the needs and schedules of our patients & clients. We offer the wide range of services which included: Personal Care, Companion Care, Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Medical Social Services.

HomeCare Crew is a Sterling, VA based agency whose owners and employees live in the community of the people we serve. Our patients & clients are our neighbors and we have a genuine interest in their well-being. We understand the importance of earning the trust of health care professionals we work with as well are our patients & clients and their families and we gain that trust through the personal relationships. The primary objective of the HomeCare Crew Inc. is to be the provider of choice for home health care services: intermittent skilled nursing, physical and occupational therapy, speech language pathology, home health aide and medical social work services.

Our Leadership

Sharon Thomson (Director of Nursing)

Nine years of dedicated executive experience in managed care as a Nursing Director with eighteen years experience in PPS including training in OASIS which includes OASIS-C. Obtained a Master's Degree in Nursing; Business Administration; and Healthcare Management. Have extensive knowledge of managed care principles and start-up principles. Have knowledge of individualized care for private pay, hospice, wounds and mental health patients. Technically savvy with strong research skills as well as communication skills. Have teaching experience plus strong mentoring and team building skills.
