Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations and help maintain an efficient and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of office events and activities.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with maintain Files.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
